Air-conditioned cabins with telephone, cable TV/VCR, kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeepot. Check-in at 2 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. Day Visitors must register in the shop upon arrival. Sorry, no pets A deposit of 20% is due within 7 days of booking in order to guarantee the reservation for the cabin. If the deposit is not received we reserve the right to rent the cabin to another party. Charges will apply for the full time reserved and are not refundable for early departure or weather conditions. Please verify dates carefully on the invoice before making a deposit. You are responsible for all dates reserved. Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day and other holiday weekends are not refundable and are due in full when the reservation is made. Deposits received are an acknowledgement of the terms of this agreement. Cancellation Policy Reservations are refundable with at least 30 days advance notice prior to check-in. Reservations made with a credit card will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. Reservations made by check, money order or cash will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in will be responsible for the full amount unless the cabin is re-booked. If the cabin is re-booked then the above fees will apply. If we are able to rent the cabin for only part of the days you reserved then you will receive a partial pro-rated refund. Final invoices for cancellations will be sent after the end of the period of the reservation.
